Aw, thanks  Much appreciated! And i do take pics of things that appear interesting, but my camera is quite big so its not pratical ahaha.

Do you think the tops a little too fancy?
I got a bit carried away i think with the lace?

Actually I like exactly the lace  it fits you very well 
but ... I'm not sure about that pale pink butterfly-necktie maybe if it was white would be more elegant what you think?

Hm perhaps. I have limited fabric though, im cutting up old clothes ahaha. Its my first go on clothes so i was just experimenting and the sewing is of poor quality but you cant tell. I think im using it as decoration im my new room.

I'm going for the shabby chic look so maybe it'll match?

Hi  Lilfie - As Deco says you are a very beautiful young girl and you could do modelling.  I think your top is also beautiful and love the lace on it.  Yes I would agree with Deco about the pink bow - I think a white one would look lovely but then I also think you didn't really need the bow detail cos the lace makes it anyway 

Please show us some more piccies if you have any and anymore things you make yourself    How old did you say you were? cos you seem really grown up for your age and a very sensible girl too 

Very good ideas to recycle your old clothes - wish I had a bit if patience like that - I couldn't be bothered !! But very good on you to even think of it - well done you

Well im not tall at all so i guess modelling is out of the question, no biggie though 

Perhaps i shouldn't have put the bow on but im known for over-doing things i guess. Ooops. 

Well that top was the first and only piece of clothing i've done so far. The others are just accessories. You can see them by clicking on my myspace...then clicking on a link that'll take you to a msn space which has many pictures. Ignore the random msn drawn pictures ahha. A little fun when chatting i guess.

as for a first attempt I think you've done a very good job
if you have some free time you should continue with this 
yea sewing needs more training but the most important is design, isn't it? 
I agree with hosedoc that recycling old clothes is a very good idea I aslo do it often cos some
of the fabrics of my old clothes are so beautiful so I just can't throw them away

Yeah its a shame that my mum threw a lot of old clothes away. She said to me when shopping one that 'she had one' when younger. It'd be great if she stil had because i'd save money and there'd be some real value to it other than just buying out of a shop and its more likely to see other people have it if bought from a shop.

Oh well, i must make a note to myself to keep my clothes for my kids. Just in case ahaha.
