It's a good try indeed actually a very good one, think you've done a great job on it 
nice choice of fabric and decorations and fits you very well
I love the way it can turn into a skirt, clever idea, just the photos you've posted are too large and I should look at them
from a distance (maybe you should try to resize and attach them) just a thought.

Anyway I think you deserve a compliment about the work you've done  ,
look forward to seeing your next one

My family dont really go on holidays ive only ever been to 3 holidays. I dont mind though.

You're welcome I definitely think you should keep designing clothes even as a hobby, it's always great
to have clothes which have been specially designed for you that no one else has 

I also don't go often on holidays, usually don't have enough time about it but I also don't mind

  Hey Lilfie - like Deco - I think you have done a lovely job of this dress/skirt and like the fact that it can be turned into a skirt too - you have really done well    I love the big bow/belt you have done on it - it is really pretty for young girls   Is the main fabric cotton?

But would you mind posting your pictures again cos as Deco says in fact you can't really see them that well - cos they too large
